Monet is awesome, but clearly she can't be the most awesome, especially in a city full of superheroes. Her powers include:

✖ Fighting skills → Strength, speed, reflexes, agility and endurance far greater than an average human.
✖ Telepathy → Ability to read minds and project her thoughts into the minds of others and defensively mask her mind against telepathic intrusion, limited memory manipulation
✖ Cognitive abilities → Perfect memory and superhuman intuitive skills. Nearly limitless knowledge and intelligence, an accelerated learning aptitude, and a facility for technology.

-Monet can't kick his ass, unless she catches him off-guard. Jono can create solid walls of sound, and his preferred option for dealing with aggressive people is to trap them in a sound bubble. As long as his voice is good, the bubble's pretty much rock-solid. Don't see why these two would go head-to-head, though :P

-Yes, but if it's any more than surface thoughts, he might be able to tell that she's there. Not that he can do anything about it.

HERE, ALL MY CHARACTERS

- Can Monet kick your ass? Bucky and Natasha don't have any technical superpowers in this area, but they both have years of experience taking down major metahuman threats. Jessica has some degree of durability and she definitely has strength, but she's kind of inept at fighting, Gert is a non-combatant but has a DINOSAUR BUDDY, and Loki is an ancient deity of a warring pantheon.
- Can Monet read your mind? Natasha is somewhat skilled at disguising her thoughts from telepaths, but again, there's nothing that will protect her from a sustained attack. Jessica has some kind of mental barrier put in there by Jean Grey, that prevents people putting their thoughts in her, but you can read her just fine. Loki's a no-go, everyone else is not complicated.
- Can Monet override your encryptions? Natasha's encryptions are very solid, Loki's use magic, everyone else, nothing there to write home about.
- Is Monet smarter than you? ???

1) Probably? He's a damn good swordfighter, and add in his billions of years of experience, but he's Only Human for the most part right now.
2) Sure. Have fun trying to understand Cybertronian, though! C: He thinks in a variant older than most of the Botcast, if nothing else.
3) Go for it.
4) ...uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, that depends if you count that experience. Vector's definitely got the Wise Old Man thing down, but a lot of mundane things just escape his grasp. So probably in as many areas as I see him smarter than her idk?

Here, both characters:

1) THAT DEPENDS. Roberto has the super strength and flight, too, so it'd be interesting. He was trained to fight hand-to-hand by Cable, however he's pretty dumb and she could most likely outsmart him easily. Warren's pretty well trained too, but in his normal form he doesn't have nearly the same kind of power she does so most likely she could kick his ass. As a Horseman though? That'd be much, much tougher (and that's mostly because the bugger won't ever stay down).

2) Sunspot, yes. Warren yes too, but keep in mind he's been trained by Xavier for years and years to learn how to build mental blocks so it would be harder. Also he has that whole Horseman thing going on again, so his head is a total mess. If she were to read into that though, I have a post in his journal explaining it all.

3) Yes, on both, I would imagine. They're pretty well trained with their alien tech and what not, but she's smarter than them.

- Can Monet kick your ass?
Maggie is in absolute peak human physical condition, and dodges like wow. But shy of actual supernatural strength/speed/etc. I've never seen her display offensive fighting capability outside of what she does with her paper familiars. So if she is deprived of her powers/has no paper, yes, you can probably kick her ass--but she will take a beating before she goes down.

If she's got paper to defend herself with, she's probably got the upper hand, but only because she's standing behind a 10 foot tall paper giant capable of absorbing bullets and breaking down steel doors.

- Can Monet read your mind?
Yes. If you do memory manipulation, mind the memory blocks and alterations that are already there. Let's not mess up her head more than it already is. ^^

- Can Monet override your encryptions?
Yes. Maggie has no exceptional technical skill.

- Is Monet smarter than you?
Maggie's very smart and has got a great memory for facts, but you've got her beat.

1. Bruce is trained in multiple martial arts and has extensive experience fighting metahumans, and is in peak human condition-- but lacks superpowers in that department, so I'm hesitant to say he could definitely beat her or she could definitely beat him. I guess I'd say a good measure might be how you think a fight between Monet and Steve Rogers might go?
2. Yes... sort of? Bruce has been shown in canon to have some tricks to circumnavigate mind-reading, but they're not absolute. She'd have to work for it, but that in and of itself would probably give something away about Bruce Wayne.
3. I'd say they're at about the same level, so... probably, but it would take significant time and effort.
4. Probably about the same?

- Can Monet kick your ass? LOL yes. Safeguard's a good fighter, but not a Master. He fights with twin swords that he's yet work out he still has in the City.
- Can Monet read your mind? Go for it, though have fun trying to understand Minicon - It is pretty much fundamentally different than all the other botcast around here, though sometimes there's pictures. One thing she can, should she go in deep enough, it pick up the empathic bond that he has with Vector Prime. It's detailed in his powers. :)
- Can Monet override your encryptions? Yes and no, If he uses standard encrypting is piggy backing something, then yes,. If he's using Minicon, then possibly it will take her a while. It's not impossible to hack though.
- Is Monet smarter than you? Depends on subject - Re stuff on Earth, yes, Other stuff... he might look and act like a kid, but he is 5million years old.
